Beer Does NOT Make You Fat!!!

You heard that right! I've placed myself on a strict NO BEER diet and been working out but nothing seems to change. But in actuality, beer and soda have about the same calories! But there is an ultimate PRO in beer, which is HOPS. Although, it may have a more or less affect on your body fat % but it also has been proven to enlarge your breasts as well! You gain some, you lose some. :D The term Beer Belly has nothing to do with beer but with the stereotypical customs associated with beer. There are usually salty or fattenings snacks such as peanuts and fries served at bars. When bar patrons consume these types of food he or she will have to consume more beer to quench the taste and it also leads to a bigger waistline due to the inactivity during food and beer consumption. So there you have it! You can drink beer but in moderation or make sure there is some sort of physical activity associated such as dancing, etc.
